V3.70: can't see Digital I/O menu on Cerbo GX

I have noticed after installing the version 3.70-13 , in Settings → Integrations, I only see tank and temperature sensors and Relays under the physical I/O separator.

There is no I/O menu ?

hey @bradleydouglas that is strange, this is your system called “Test install”, right? Can you get it connected to internet and then enable Remote Support so we can check?

Hi , yes i can sorry for delay, some further feedback as well.

  1. i unplugged all IO Extender USB ports and then plugged in again.
  2. it then came back , so i have access to local Digital I/O

I will keep you updated on what triggers them to disappear

experiencing same issue on v3.65 - unplugging the IO extender USB cable and re-inserting it resolves the issue. I assume it will disappear again if i reboot….

Edit: I rebooted and the IO menu was still there. very strange. It seems unplugging and plugging the IO extender USB just once seems to have resolved it…
