You want to update not upgrade. So your problem is the error you get. [Edit: You selected the wrong firmware file. Your device ID is 1909 so you have to select a firmware file that starts with 1909. The highest FW you can install on your device ist 159 or 209. The 400 and higher are only for the…

Hi Matthias, I try to set my Multyplus to use lithium but i need to update because my firmware is to old for supporting by the VictronConnect program and i need to upgrade to version 200 or above. I was working with VEFlash but it came back withe to input an upgrade key.

Can you make some screenshots and a picture of the main PCB of your MultiPlus?

I want my multi to use LiFePo4 batterie. But now i can connect to VE configure ant hope that i can change the batterie settings. I am new with Victron so i have to figure out a lot. But I’am grateful of the input you have given me.
