Update setuphelper error 245

I have been updating my VenusOS on RPi at a solar powered microwave site. The system is running Firmware rev 3.42
I was updating the guimods packages:
Guimods is now at rev 10.64
Setuphelper has 5.10 installed but wants to update to 8.19, but on attempting to install it says
Incompatible??? If I ssh into /data/setuphelper/patchErrors I get the following:
PageSettings.qml patch unsuccesful
RpiGpioSetup wants to install rev 4.10 but it is running 4.1 and when I try to upgrade it gives this error in patchErrors:
relaystate.py patch unsuccesful

What do I need to do to bring them all up to date?

This is a remote stand alone microwave relay site. It has been running over a year with no issues, It has been so well behaved that I totally forgot to check the rev levels of the code. But seeing that they have moved forward quite a bit figured it was time to bring the site up to date.

I would try uninstalling all packages, then install the latest SetupHelper followed by the latest of all packages.
