Hoping for some VRM troubleshooting advice:
Setup: GlobalLink 520 (firmware: v2.06) connected via VE direct cables and bluetooth to:
- → SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 250/100 rev2
- →Orion XS 1400
*all firmware is up to date on all devices.
I’m able to see my Device list in the VRM web app, but unable to open it in Victron connect.
When I connect via bluetooth locally to the devices via VictronConnect app on my phone the app says no ‘VRM devices found’.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Unfortunately the GlobalLink 520 does not support this mode of connectivity via VictronConnect.
This VictronConnect feature requires a two way communication channel back and forth between the GX and VRM.
The GlobalLink 520 only provides a single one way signal to VRM, so it is not possible.
We may be able to improve this in the future, though it will never be as full featured as the GX connection (such as being able to change settings).
