This is new installation. I can see the GlobalLink 520 in VRM (RSSI, battery voltage etc.), but when I switch to VictronConnect, I get the message “No devices found” then “The device or installation cannot be connected because it is offline”.
I was having LTE signal strength issues but now have consistent -77 to -75dB.
No devices wired directly to the GlobalLink.
Any ideas welcome.
@Lawrence58 The device firmware has to be 2.05 or newer to work with VictronConnect. Check this in VRM under device list and take it from there.

Is bluetooth enabled on the global link?
Yes BT is enabled as reported by VRM
I have tried directly connecting to the GlobalLink through VictronConnect with my android phone but it does not like my phone as far as I can tell. I can see GlobalLink but I am unable to connect. This aspect does not worry me much as long as VC can work remotely from my PC.

When I am near my solar setup, I can connect to the MPPT and 2x smart shunts though my phone via Bluetooth ok
