I’m commissioning a new Victron system that consists of 1x 10kVA Quattro inverter, 1x 450/100 MPPT and 2x Dyness DL5.0C batteries. The challenge I’m having is I can’t see the inverter and charge controller on the VRM portal. The batteries are visible. I’ve done the necessary firmware updates on all devices, changed the communication cables, rebooted the system but the devices appeared for about 5 minutes only and they disappeared again. What could be the problem? The battery is discharging yet the inverter appears to be off
Can you see the inverter in the device list on the Cerbo? If not, are you sure you used a vebus port?
Do you have a mk3 usb connected to the inverter at the same time? If yes, unplug it.
Have you configured the inverter?
Are there any leds lit on it?
The inverter appeared once in the device list. I had already configured the inverter and controller. But I also decided to use a different Cerbo GX and it has worked
