Hi, I have two similar installations one is a cerbo gx and mppt solar blue 100/15 charge controller and the other is a cerbo gx s. (With same configuration). Within the cerbo gx s however I can’t see the option within the vrm portal to toggle on/off the Inverter/charger control.
I am up to date with all firmware, I have swapped cables, & rebooted, no luck. Any thoughts?

Did you check that the settings of both devices are the same with Online portal, Remote assistance…
No I have not, I haven’t as yet come across “Remote Assistance” - will look for it now.
I can’t say that I know what settings I should be checking, everything that I have configured is pretty straight forward and basic. And as such correctly, simply configured.
OK,
So just check that the firmaware are the last (3.42) and try to compare the general and setting pages to check… you ca see how the system are seen from the VRM page at Instalation / Device List

Thanks, I found those settings, now changed & rebooting. 
all good. It Works like the other installation now, I can see the MPPT solar charger etc. Thank You !
