Hi.
I have a three phase system with 3 x Multiplus-II 48/5000/70-50 + 4 x Pylontec batteries. When powering on the P1 inverter low battery light flashes and on P2 & 3 the Bulk light flashes and the inverter status is off. The Crebo screen shows battery at 60% and I have 48.8 volts at the inverter and each battery is also 48.8 Volts.
It could be programming or it could be failing the precharge
How are you switching it on and off?
Ok. I am switching it on at the cerbo screen. It also won’t charge when I turn on mains power.
How is it programmed?
It was supposed to be programmed for me but I don’t think it’s been done properly. how do I check?
If you don’t have an mk3 to usb adapter, you can do it over the vrm if you have a gx device with a laptop.
Is it meant oe be an offgird system or an ess system?

Ok, hank you, I will try this. I have a GX but not the mk3 to usb. Yes, it’s off grid but I do have single phase mains power that I can connect to one inverter.
Ah right. So on a three phase you need to use ve bus configurator and take off switch as a group. There is some basic training on victron professional - free to anyone who makes an account there.
Since i don’t know what level of understanding and experience you have i do need to add a caution in. That it is important to have that right.
You can only program each inverter from ve bus configurator.
The base programming should already be done. So all that should be ok. It is just the switched a a group setting that may be the issue for accepting mains.
