IS there by any means possible to have the Temperature readings from a Inverter Charger available in the Advance Tab section to view the temps at which the unit is running ?

Not from its internal reading, no.
The one possible way to sort of get an idea of how hot it is getting, is use the temperature sensor the inverter comes with on an input on the Cerbo if you have one, or buy a ruuvi and put it in the top of the unit.
Thank you very much , i am sitting with a derating in power which is caused by very hot summer days and humidity, I am just trying to get my head around it to explain to the user. Will have a look at my options .
