I have a Multiplus 48V-5000KVA inverter that keeps going into Sustain mode while the batteries are at 100% SOC. I don’t have an ESS programmed in nor any assistants and am confused on why this is happening. Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas on how this could be happening?
Another issue I am having is that the unit is constantly buzzing and sounds like it is trying to switch between inverting and shore power. It is a large click when it is trying to switch and sometimes won’t even accept short power. I have videos of this as well.
