Sun Inverter, Not reporting all data on GX

Hi, I have a small installation with a Sun inverter 24V connected to a GX via USB (a Raspberry Pi). I do not see any values for the solar production, even after tapping into the Modbus table of the inverter, with no luck. These values exist when connected via VictronConnect.

Also, I think the voltage is multiplied by 0.1 and the current by 10. Something is wrong.

Hi

The fact that the data does not show in the GX is because the GX does not have support for the SUN inverter.

Regarding the VictronConnect issue: we were unable to reproduce this. What is the version of VictronConnect and the firmware version of the Sun Inverter and internal bluetooth dongle?

When both VictronConnect and the firmware is updated to the latest version (version v6.19 for VictronConnect, and then all the firmware updates that it proposes) and the problem still exists, can you please create a service report after connecting to the sun Inverter and post that here in a reply?
