I have Color GX with firmware 3.62 (I tried this firmware to see if the problem is solved but it persists) and a Fronius Gen24 8kW. Although Fronius appears in the list of devices, together with the Watts produced at the time, it does not appear anywhere else. Not in the GX graphic UI, nor in the dashboard real time view, nor in the dashboard System Overview. When in Advanced only one wizard appear for Fronius, PV Inverter Status, nothing else.
I noticed when I had the previous firmware that instead of one, I had two devices for Fronius, one as Gen24 and one as Tauro with different solar productions each

Since there was no answer I will come back with more details in order to help support. I found out that the problem is worst since, except for information missing (relating to Fronius GEN 24) I discovered that solar production and A/C consumption reports are all mixed up and they do not make sense.
I have two single phase Victron - Fronius installations (off grid) and one 3phase. I will compare an installation similar to the one with the problem where we have 2 multiplus 5000/24 (in parallel), 4 smartsolar chargers, CCGX (with 3.55 firmware), 36 Enersys lead acid batteries (1650 Ah each) and Fronius Primo 8.2-1.
Here Fronius appears well on all screens and reports. When looking in the details AC Phase L1 there is data in Volts, Amps and Watts
Now I will go back with the off grid installation where the problem appears. This is a new installation. We recently changed all existing victron equipment (2 multiplus 3000/24 in parallel, 4 smartsolar chargers, 12 Enersys lead acid batteries and CCGX) with multiplus 10000/48, smartsolar 250/100, 4 Sunlight powerESS Li.ON batteries and Fronius GEN24 8kW. We kept the CCGX. Although the A/C requirements for this installation are low, we are in the process of installing a Daikin Altherma monobloc 16kW heat pump for heating and cooling, therefore knowing production and consumption data is very critical for the system to work properly.
Screenshots can be found in the previous topic appearing at the beginning. We have tried all versions of firmware to the CCGX, including the 3.70beta with the same results. Fronius appears in the list of devices, but all data in AC Phase L1 are missing compared to the other installation. In the Device screen Fronius appears as: Product Fronius Tauro, Name Fronius Gen24 8kW and Product ID a142.
When looking into the production and consumption data:
When the sun rises and the batteries are filled up consumption appears from nowhere, everyday the same period of time
At the same period of time Fronius production (from solar web because there is no data nor widgets in CCGX) and smartsolar production:
When looking into Solar Charger Summary Solar Yield was 1.07kWh (up to now) and 1.84kWh yesterday.

The figures do not make sense. Following are yesterday’s data:
Production for yesterday was 7kWh. Fronius (from solar web) was 6.09kWh and Smartsolar 1.84kWh. The two sum up to 7.93kWh.
