Situation
My Victron EV Charger has recently become inaccessible through the usual interface paths:
-
Menu → Device List → EV Charger (NS) → Control Panel
→ I get the login screen, but after logging in the interface freezes. -
Accessing the charger directly via its IP address
→ The login screen appears, but after logging in the interface hangs.
The EV Charger is connected via WiFi, linked to one of my Omada Access Points.
Despite this issue, I can still charge via VRM, but I can no longer modify my scheduled charging sessions, which is essential for my setup.
Network Setup
I am using a TP‑Link Omada environment consisting of:
-
1 Omada Controller
-
1 Router
-
2 Switches
-
3 Access Points
-
A dedicated IoT network (192.168.20.xxx) where all Victron devices are connected
-
The EV Charger is connected via WiFi to one of the APs
Troubleshooting Already Performed
-
Multiple resets of the EV Charger V2.05
-
Rebooted and reset the Cerbo GX V3.67
-
Verified network components
-
Reconnected the charger to WiFi
-
Issue remains unchanged:
→ Login screen appears, but the interface freezes after logging in.
Request for Assistance
Has anyone experienced similar behavior?
Are there known issues with the EV Charger web interface in combination with Omada networks, IoT VLAN setups, or WiFi AP isolation?
Any suggestions to restore access to the web interface are greatly appreciated.
