I have been having trouble connecting my GL520 after moving my boat. I have heard that a Soracom SIM card may be a solution, so now I have one. Is there anything specific that I need to do to get it to “talk” to Victron to upload the data. There were some posts about this a while ago but they are now closed. Ant helpor tips appreciated.

Oh yes, I have that from the manual, so I will go through that process. Just wondered if it will start sending data to Victron or is there anything else I need to do. I plan to try it soon, perhaps tonight if not tomorrow morning, many thanks
I have installed the Soracom SIM card. Then used Victron Connect on my phone to set the APN as soracom.io and the PIN as 0000. There was a username and password on the SIM pach, both were sora, I could not find anywhere to input these. It has not connected yet, so I shall leave it connected overnight and check in the morning. The blue light is flashing.
