Not sure what’s happening yet as I disslike just letting the fuse blow.
Got an 3*25A grid connection, DESS in trade mode running the latest stable (v3.66)
The past week the EVCS node red single script was doing it’s job lowering the charge current if I hooked up the car and DESS decided to also charge the Volt smile battery’s. If the total demand should go above 24A on a single phase the EVCS charge current would be lowered.
Today however, I Hooked the car up and it did not lower the charge current. It went way past 25A before i quickly manual lowered it.
Some bug hunting, an update to the latest version, checking all settings later.
The EV charger controller node seems to be changed! The measurement field was empty, setting it back to “set charge current (manual mode) (A)” seems to got it work again. But why was the field empty? At a certain point, the values on the dashboard also did not add up or were slow to update as the EVCS got stopped a few times but before that happened I did see 32A on a single phase on the dashboard! (yay for C automaat)
Currently DESS got the battery charged and EVCS is charging the car with 20A. I’ll keep an eye on it.
