SOLVED: VM-3P75CT cannot change settings

Hi,

installed two new VM-3P75CT.

The one configured as 3p net meter shows details for L1 only.

When configuring using VictronConnect (vrm, the Cerbo, devices) the dropdown combo boxes for role and phases are empty.
I selected “net meter” and “3 phase”.
There is no save button.

The meter keeps showing details for L1 only.

Also a factory reset holding “reset” button 3 + 10 seconds did not change the behavior.

VictronConnect is current version on iOS.

For the VM-3P75CT pls find screen shots attached. Any Idea?

Hi @BjoernK, I can see all three phases on VRM. Can you confirm that you still have this issue?

If you are on the VictronConnect v6.10 beta, there might be some incompatibility with firmware v1.06. But since you mentioned you are on the latest version I don’t believe this to be the cause.

Confirm. Now it’s showing three phases and also the drop-down combo boxes in VictronConnect are filled.
