Smart solar MPPT 100/50 failed again

Have a SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 giving me trouble again. Was RMA’d a year and a half ago and the new one has been in service and working flawlessly u til today. Can still monitor on Cerbo GX. Can still monitor on Bluetooth. No error codes. Firmware up to date. Connected to 600w of panels pushing 40v max. Charged batts for 39min today and then stopped.
PV input is 40v but cerbo and Vic Connect are showing battery voltage as the “current PV voltage.”

System is all Victron. Inverter and everything else is working fine. All cabling is 100% copper and max diameter for each particular piece of the puzzle. Showing no voltage spikes in the PV history.

Downloaded the RMA checklist again and went through all the steps and everything seems to be setup correctly. Unit just isn’t putting out charge. Hoping someone can help as we use the unit full time and waiting for a replacement is a bummer.

Thanks in advance

If the solar voltage is showing the same as the battery voltage this often means a poor connection on the solar side, faulty MC4 connector, terminal, failed panel, fuse, breaker etc. Not ruling out some internal failure but you need to check for voltage drop between the panels and the MPPT first with a multimeter.
