Without changing anything, the connection is lost to the Quatro. Other equipment still shows up under Devices. Have tried swapping ports on the Cerbus, and also the cable. I would appreciate all inputs.
Im aware that the unit itself normally doesnt show up in the interface, but only its values. But the smartshunt isnt available as source in the battery-monitor setup.
The smart shunt should be connected to the Cerbo with a VE direct cable, and should show up in the devices list.
If you can’t see the device in the list, can you connect to it using bluetooth and the VE-connect App?
Thank you, Mike. The first thing was swapping the ports on the Cerbo, and also tried another cable. The small pins on the Smartshunt seem to be allright, but mo difference. So I think the unit is broken.
