Smart shunt not sowing on Cerbo

I have a system with 2 x SmartSolar MPPTs, 1 x Smart Shunt as battery monitor and 1 multiPlus and a Cerbo unit with Touch Screen

I cannot see the Smart shunt on the device list on the Cerbo but I can see it on the VRM Ortal

Hoping somebody can help

The Smart Shunt is not visible like a device as the Smart MPPT or Multiplus, only the shunt readings are visible in the battery symbol.

So if you open the VRM you can see the battery and readings, but if you look at the GX Touch, the battery readings are missing?

How is your SmartShunt connected to the Cerbo ve direct or USB. My SmartShunt is visible in device list and Vrm dashboard.

the smart shunt had no readings on the Cerbo/Touch but I could see it with all readings on the VRM

I can see the Multi Plus

the Smart Shunt is VE DIrect connected

I noticed that there was another device on the Cerbo/Touch for reading the SoC, but no name

so I thought it may be a firmware problem, so I updated the Cerbo Firmware and presto, It came up
