Can't connect to Smartshunt

While trying different settings for my smartshunt, it suddenly wouldn’t let me connect anymore.

I was working on it with the connect app, using VRM.

I see the device, click on it, it shows me the details for a couple of seconds and then disconnects.

I went within BT reach, but I probably turned off bluetooth, because it didn’t show up.

Tried disconnecting the 12v for 5 minutes, but no luck.

It still sends data to the Cerbo and shows up on the dashboard, but I can’t change any setting like this.

Has anyone experienced this and knows a solution?

Looks like this is exactly what happened to my shunt!

I am repurposing it from battery shunt to dc energy meter and was trying different settings. It was on Generic Source when this happened.

Looks like I will have to go there (it’s on my boat) with a ve.direct to usb cable and see what happens.

So what would be the best setting for using the shunt as dc energy meter for a charger/inverter? There doesnot seem to be an abvioud choice where it also processes the shunt-data in a logical way.
