I purchased a SmartShunt 500A IP65 and, as always, I test new devices in my electronics lab before installing them. The SmartShunt is connected according to Victron’s specifications. I use a professional power supply as the battery and various high-performance resistors as the load. The voltage values are all correct, but the current values are all twice as high. I can see the current values on the power supply unit and also on a Fluke DC current clamp meter.
The SmartShunt always delivers double the values for all current values. My two previous SmartShunts work correctly in the same circuit.
Does anyone know about this problem and how to correct it via software/configuration?
