After some testing best solution that works for my i1000 setup is dc-dc step up converter for the first stage , and second stage charging straight from the bridge . Switching between stages is done by junctek shunt OPP set to desired value with programmable delay . Braking through resistors one controlled by voltage comparator another by cerbo relay state of charge cut off.
