Shelly Pro EM50 Heatpump

I installed a Shelly Pro EM50 to measure a 1 phase solarinvertor and a 1 phase airco unit. The device is recognize and added and I provided the Role (PV), on AC out and AC phase 1. The powersupply is on the same phase (L1). It took a while before the update frequency became stable. But currently it is running fine. The second CT (B) is measuring airco power usage. Settings: Role: Heatpump, AC out, AC phase 1. In the VRM dashboard, the heatpump does not show up. Nor in the Remote console preview. When using a EM24 of Victron VM-3P75CT energy meter it does show up as a heatpump.

The devices list shows the Airco device and shows a correct measurement.
Is it a know issue that the Heatpump Role of a Shelly Pro EM50 does not show up in the VRM dashboard?

I believe this is a known gap, like we see with virtual devices.

I think it wont work to split one shelly em into two virtual devices currently.

This would work with a 2 PM or 4 PM where each measurement is logically connected to a dedicated i/o - but the em3 is different, it’s providing measurements unrelated to it’s single i/o.

Hi Rico,

Are you saying that the second EM channel configured as heatpump does not show up on the remote console? How did you configure it to be a heatpump device then? You should at least see the shelly device on the VRM remote console.

It does show up in de Remote console. I expected it to show up in de VRM dashboard. I do see the energy usage as a separate color in the graph though.
