Setting time and having it stay correct to my time zone in the Pacific in the Cerbo!

I’ve changed the date multiple times to my local time in the Cerbo GX. But within a few minutes or so, it changes back to a time 5 hours ahead of my local time!

Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong? I’ve made sure the Cerbo know my geographic location.
