New Cerbo installation is four hours off real time

I’ve seen the suggestion that a factory reset will enable setting the right time. My experience is it makes no difference. Has anyone found a work around?

No, turns out I had misinterpreted the Pacific time zone to be elsewhere from Southern California/Baja. Having proceeded into the
American setting choices I found the right time zone, now all is working correctly.

Thank you for these extensive setting definitions. It helped better understand the problem with the Local Time setting and Time Zone.
