where can i set the lower alarm level for my pylontech batteries connected to gx device and multi rs?
When i set to 10% discharge level i always get low bat alarm.
Just follow the config doc exactly.
You don’t want to set it lower than this. If it is triggering with the recommended settings you are likely pushing them too hard at bottom of charge.

Using VictronConnect go to the Battery settings in your Victron Multi RS and update the “Low battery restart & alarm”. Because the Pylontech batteries use fewer cells in series (15S) instead of 16S their voltage is lower. If you set it to 45v (15 x 3.00v) you will not get the low battery alarm anymore.
I am in Victron Connect on one of my Multi RS but i can not find a setting “Low Battery restart & alarm”. In which menu can i find it?
