Sailboat LiFePO4 upgrade — wiring diagram & build plan review request

Hi all,

I’m upgrading my Hunter 340 sailboat from AGM to LiFePO4 and would greatly appreciate a review of my wiring diagram and build document by anyone with marine electrical experience. I’ve had a marine electrician (Colin Davis) consult on the plan and I want to make sure nothing has been missed before I begin installation.

System overview:

  • Two LiFePO4 batteries (house bank) with integrated BMS

  • Existing AGM starter battery (kept separate)

  • Phoenix IP43 shore/generator charger — reconfigured to LiFePO4 profile, house bank only

  • Blue Smart IP65 25A — dedicated AGM charger for starter battery (shore/Honda simultaneously with IP43)

  • Orion XS 12|12–50A (non-isolated DC-DC) — alternator isolation, output set to 30–35A via VictronConnect

  • Orion-Tr Smart 12|12–18A (isolated DC-DC) — starter battery keep-charge

  • MPPT 100/50 + two MPPT 100/20 — three solar arrays

  • BMV-712 (already installed) — shunt on house bank, Aux sense wire to starter battery positive

  • BEP 770 battery disconnect

  • Class T fuses within 7" of battery terminals (ABYC E-11)

  • Galvanic isolator on shore power safety ground

  • Honda EU2200 as shore power substitute (not simultaneous with shore)

What I’m asking you to look for:

  1. Any wiring errors, missing connections, or unsafe routing

  2. ABYC E-11 compliance issues (fusing, grounding, wire gauges)

  3. Any component interactions I may have overlooked (especially the dual-charger setup)

  4. Anything that looks wrong or that you’d do differently

I’ve attached the wiring diagram (PNG) and the full build WORD document (i Have an HTML — happy to send it - can’t upload on this forum).

Thank you in advance — I’m a 72-year-old occasional sailor and I want to get this right before touching a wire
