I have a MPPT 150 35 installed in my travel trailer by the factory with the LCD screen controller.
I noticed there is a bluetooth controller available.
Is there any reason to use the bluetooth controller instead of the LCD screen?
Also it does not appear that I can use both of them and must pick one or the other ?

Yes, you can use both on the same time.
The smartphone app victronconnect will show more data, is better to read and you can use it while sitting on your favorite sofa in your rv.
One reason i ask is because i only remember seeing one plug on the charge controller.
As a side note to this, Im seeing some instructional video on this that seems to not have the dongle installed, yet bluetooth is being used…
Is the dongle not required ? I loaded the App but it didnt find it…
ETA: answered my own question Theres no bluetooth symbol on my unit, so it does not have bluetooth built in.
So with only one port can I still use both the LCD and bluetooth dongles at the same time ?
Maybe the lcd has bt ?

I first thought you had the “smart” mppt and the display.
Yeah Mine is the blue version, so no built in B.T.
I was wondering if there was a splitter cable or some way to use both, it appears no.
Its not that big of an deal, as the LCD does handle most of the function of the bluetooth dongle. I like the LCD screen on the inside of the camper too because I dont have to get my phone out to see the status of the panels.
I use bt and an old phone on the wall
