RS450/200 after update i got overvoltage

Hello Community
we have two RS450/200 different version both have the same string arrays whit the same modules and equal string 7S1P 7S1p 9S1P
The mppt Calculator allowed 10 modules but we have less 7 and 9. Also the voltage reach max 290V
Both are running for 15minutes without erroe then i updated the first V1.19 - no problem all ok.
Then i updated the second its a newer version with protection /isolation on the PV (MC4 version)
After the update, we get overvoltage error 33 with 490V, we measured again and only 290V are at each string
Anybody any idea what we do wrong? Or anyone occured the same issue.
I’m not sure if its correlate with the update but the timing with the overlade is exactly with the timing of the update.
So great the new GUI for EVCS and Venus. So great the innovation Victron did the last month
Thx in advance -

Hi Robert. I don’t have an answer to your question, but I can offer one additional datapoint. We have two MPPT RS 450/200 in one of our systems. We have the older -Tr version and a newer -MC4 version. Both are running firmware v1.19 and both have the same panels and string sizes on all trackers. One string on the Left 450/200 is currently unused.

All voltages are within the normal ranges.

I don’t know if this helps. Perhaps others will chime in.
