What browser are you using?
It seems to work fine when I tested it.
I use Microsoft Edge; I also tried it via the VRM app on my iPhone. It gives the same problem.
Edge has some challenges. Is your iPhone using the default safari browser.
Literally is fine via my iPhone and mac on safari.
After a few more attempts, it finally worked. There was quite a long waiting time after pressing the button.
