We have a customer installation that doesn’t allow remote console access from VRM when the Ekrano is running the New Guinea. If I have him revert the old gui using the touchscreen, then remote console works. If he switches back to New GUI. The remote console no longer works. It shows remote console offline on the device list on VRM. While the Classic GUI was enabled, I double checked that remote console was still enabled and had him switch back to the new gui. As soon as he switched, I could no longer remote console in. I’ve never seen this behavior before. Error message on VRM is below. Does anyone have thoughts on what this could be?
