Re-charged depleted battery @ 13.02 V BMS low voltage

This is the second time I ran into a depleted battery bank after having my truck in the workshop. Probably my vault as the autoterm diesel heater is connected to the Lynx directly and was probably drawing power over the course of 3 months.

The bank consists of 4 Smart LiFePo4 100 AH batteries in 2 in series. After a long charging cycle I was able to get the batteries up to 12.85V - 13.02V.

Three of the batteries came up and are displayed in the victron app showing their vitals. I can also connect my phone via Bluetooth.

But one battery doesn’t show up in the app and I’m not able to connect via bluetooth although the battery voltage is at 13.02V.

Any idea what I could verify next? Is the battery completely dead?

Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

@wal1969 Look at the manual for your battery under the controller reset section which may be necessary, but also beware it is not your typical diy procedure so proceed with caution.

So, yesterday I took out the scalpel out and opened the battery housing. The objective to reset the controller by disconnecting/resetting the controller that sits on top of the battery cells. I disconnected the cable that connects the board to the minus terminal on the left. Afterwards the cable that connects the board to the plus terminal. Finally, the reconnected battery shows up again and I could continue to charge all 4 batteries. Success!
