Batteries not charging properly

I have (4 ) 12v LiFePO4 100Ah batteries in my RV wired to a Victron smart Solar controller. It has worked fine in the past, but now it will only

charge the batteries to 12.3v to12.5 v then goes to float. I currently have the Rv disconnected from the battery bank and have victron smart charger hooked up. It is bouncing from bulk to absorb in 5 second intervals.Are the batteries bad? Would all 4 be bad, or does 1 bad battery mess up the whole bank ?

Controller app says. 14.2 v batt.

Batt. smart Monitor says. 13.80v batt

Volt meter on battery bank. 12.35v

Given those differing voltages, it would seem there is a bad connection somewhere.

Check your connections for tightness and corrosion. Check your fuses and circuit breakers.

These types of breakers are prone to failure.
