When sending the configuration to the unit using VeConfigure3, have you tried sending “all settings” rather than “modified settings”? I forgot the exact working, but there’s typically a pop up. Very odd indeed.
EDIT: I see someone else suggested resetting the configuration, so maybe you implicitly already did the above as part of that.

Yes to both. I’ve tried all settings and modified setting. I also reset all settings and download the current firmware
Did you buy it new? At this point I would suggest involving your dealer for an RMA. I’m not seeing why you wouldn’t be getting 60Hz with your configuration. I’m surprised it accepts the 60Hz grid frequency when you’re on shore power.

It accepts shorepower because it has a setting “accept wide grid frequency 45-65Hz” enabled because on boats you often need that if you are travelling internationally.
