We’ve now had the problem several times where a Microgrid has failed during operation. The system consists of 3x 48V/15kVA Quattros.
The ‘Microgrid’ setting was lost — we downloaded the configuration and had to set it up again. After uploading it, everything worked again. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
We switch off the Microgrid when the battery level drops below 8% — so there was battery voltage present when it was switched on.
There is also voltage at AC-IN when it is switched on.
