Quattro 24/5000/120 v556 and GUI v2 3.66, cannot lower shore power limit

I was running older firmware on the quattro and was not able to lower the shore power lower than 13.1amps. I read that the firmware needed an update to allow the remote to do so. So I did the upgrade and also turned on the Priority option which I wanted. I have the Cerbo GX and a DMC. The quattro is setup to allow remote to override. I have tried with the DMC and Cerbo, both will allow me to increase the limit above 13.1amps but nothing lower. Plugged into 15amp circuits that is a little too high for my liking. I have tried to change the shore limit from Victron Connect and VE Config. The VE Config shows it set to 5amps, but the unit sill pulls more than that, so I know it’s wrong. The Victron Connect and Cerbo both allow me to adjust lower than 13.1amps until I click ok and they just snap back to the 13.1.

Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks

That’s the minimum that device can.

That is good to know I have hit the designed limit, and it wasn’t something I was doing wrong. Thank you for that info. Is that chart you put together or is it somewhere Victron has provided?

That Excel sheet can be found at Victron Professional in the Firmware section → VE.Bus

Awesome. Thank you very much.
