I wonder if anyone already has set up some kind of longtime monitoring of their Pytes batteries.
As far as I researched, the detailed logging down to the individual cell level can be done via a serial connection, logging itself would be preferred into InfluxDB, visualization of the data would be done in Grafana.
Preferably, the connection and monitoring would be done via a ESP32 or Raspberry Pi.
Has anyone already accomplished something like this and give me a pointer in the right direction? I’m no stranger to write a shellscript or two to massage the data that can be gathered from such a connection, just need a hint or two on how to actually gather the data and the right cables to make or buy.
