Problem with fuse tap in engine compartment for 2019 Highlander

Currently I am using the positive lead for the running lights in my trailer as the remote control input on the H pin of my Orion Tr Smart. Works pretty well, but I was thinking that using the Fuel Pump signal would 100% ensure that the Orion is only engaged when the engine is running. The #7 pin on my 7-way is unused on the trailer side, so I was thinking I could run the signal down that pin.

The challenge is that the fuel pump fuse in the engine compartment of my 2019 Highlander is in a channel and I cannot find a fuse tap that will fit the space because they all seem to have the tap wire coming off the side of the tap and collides with the side of the channel. What I really need is a fuse tap where the tap wire comes off the top or back of the tap instead of the side, but I cannot find such a thing anywhere. I did find one specialty fuse that is an actual fuse but with a tap wide coming off the top. I don’t really want to use that because if somehow the wire to the Orion burns out the fuse I would lose my fuel pump.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Are there any fuse taps that take two fuses where the tap wire comes off the top of back instead of the side?

P.S. Still have to figure out how to run the tap wire out of the engine fuse box in a way that doesn’t compromise the integrity of the box, but that is a secondary problem to not having a fuse tap that will fit into the space.
