Whenever threads are getting longer or forth and back I would love to contact the thread owner to maybe have a short call clarifying open questions.
No doubt, solutions should be put to thread for all community members.

Currently it’s not possible to contact a person.
Maybe you could enable private messages to enable direct communication and passing phone numbers. Maybe only if a members reaches a certain status…

A signature would also be great so members could pass information about their system and/or experience, relation to Victron , location and languages on personal decision.

This is a question asked before, and the response remains that direct messaging is enabled for mods and staff, for when specific help is required but that it is not a feature that is currently planned to be opened unrestricted.
The are pros and cons to this functionality. That may change at some point but hasn’t been that top of mind.

Could you be a bit more specific ?
