Prioritization of MPPT vs AC Charger

I am needing to get a new shore power charger as I will be adding a DC powered AC that I want to run 24x7 when plugged in to AC. (While at anchor it will only run for a few hours in the evening). I want to set-up the Victron system such that the solar panels (eventually close to 3KW) provide all of the power they can and the shore charger only provides the extra as needed (cloudy days and at night).

Ideally I want to use the IP43 50A chargers (1 to start, but possibly two), but I’m not sure if I can prioritize solar with them.. If not I guess it would be a Multiplus II.

Right now I have lead acid batteries, but will be converting to lithium around the same time as the charger is installed. Given the narrow voltage range for lithium I don’t think I could simply program the IP43 charger with lower voltage settings…. So I think the Cerbo will need to be involved .. possibly with Node Red, not sure.

Ideas / Thoughts / Suggestions?

Set the absorption and float voltages on the MPPT 0.1V higher than the AC charger. The solar will then take priority, if t here is enough solar it will keep tje DC voltage above the AC charger voltage so the AC charger does not provide any power. If there is not enough solar the DC voltage falls and the AC charger provides. It is not 100% perfect because the solar can go to float before the AC charger sometimes..

Once you get the inverter and gx in place…

Solar & Wind Priority and various was to ac ignore when solar is sufficient.

Thanks - that it exactly!
