Presentation "Multi and Quattro - Parallel and 3 Phase Online Training (22/04/2020)"

Pedantic corrections (and questions) for @guystewart :slight_smile:
Page 4 bullet 3 “different” → “differently”
Page 7 - is the right hand wire diagram the correct one? It looks like a 3-phase in, 3-phase out system, but the page title and left hand diagram seem to be depicting a 3-unit parallel single phase system, given the AC loads are depicted as one thin black line?
Page 15/16. Page 15 says that the units in 3p and parallel must be <1year in manufacture date. Page 16 says that for for mixing non-GX and GX units, the age difference can’t be more than half a year. Is there really a difference between 3p and parallel in all non-GX units, vs a mix of GX and non-GX?
Similar question; If an EasySolar-II needs a buddy alongside to help with inverting, but that isn’t apparent until maybe many years down the track when AC demand has increased, should the advice be to sell the GX and replace with 2 x Multi + Cerbo?
Page 17 - just an irritation - “CBs” took me a search of the PDF, and then a google search to realise it referred to the Circuit Breakers on the EasySolar v1. There isn’t a shortage of space on this page, maybe that could be expanded to “circuit breakers” or just “breakers”
Page 18 - 10cm around each inverter ; i always get asked (well, ok, maybe not always) if that means 20cm between inverters, or is the 10cm of the left one’s air space also the 10cm of the right one? Its a valid question when trying to tie 2 or 3 inverters into a short busbar, so you want your left-right dimension of the inverter layout as small as possible.
Page 22 - “sate” → “state”
Page 30 - “wil” → “will”
Page 32 - the last statement “For system more than a Dongle is needed” - i had a minor stroke trying to grok this, can anyone assist with maybe a missing word? Dongle is capitalised, maybe that’s a persons name?
Page 37 - The advice is to connect all units together, then connect the MK3-USB interface, disconnect the GX. Does this mean that I cant;

  • ship units direct to a customer
  • get the local installer to connect them to the GX
  • program remotely
    Page 44 - Bullet 3 - “If one or more systems shut own” → “If one or more systems shut down”
    Page 44 - Bullet 4 - “If there is an alarm in a one of” → “If there is an alarm in one of”
