Phoenix inverter shutdown by itself

I have a brand new Phoenix inverter 12/1200.
The unit sets itself to OFF randomly.

When it turns off, the app does not show any error, and the unit’s LED are also off. It is still available on the app, the communication being alive.

I first thought that was an overload or overtemp issue, but powering a small load gives the same result.

The inverter can work for 10 minutes or for hours before this occurs. I just go to the app, change the mode back to ON, and everything restarts like before, until the next time.

Any thoughts?
