Hi, I’m trying to diagnose the problem with this Phoenix 12/1200 when switched on the red & green LED’s alternatively flash.
Is this a general alarm or does it it indicate a specific problem?

The link did not work but have found error charts but none relate to the sequence I’m seeing.
I’ve done some checks inside and the huge toroidal transformer is fine so I guess the problem is with the circuit board.
Do you know if replacement boards are available and from where?
