I have almost this same setup but , I’m having issues out of my dc-dc isolated converter orion 48v-12v 30. Not sure if I connected it correctly. Because the only problem is I have is no No house 12 VDC = no power for A/C, no lights, etc. I do have plugs, microwave and generator workingfine. Even when plugged into shore power It’sthe same. I removed the converter and the 12 house battery and replaced the house battery with distribution bus bars to make it think the battery is still there. ( everything that was connected to the house battery.) I do have the 6000xp, 3x eg4-LL, 1 dc-dc isolated orion converter and inline watch dog near the breaker outside. Is it possible that you can help me?
Why is my output reading 53.4 the same as the input on this dc-dc converter too?
It looks like you may have damaged the converter.

Mike, i dont own all this in equipment test bench as a professional… im just a diyer. Can you please help me by making this more of a simple test??
And how to properly connect this dc/dc 48/12 30 plan. Because, you don’t have the instructions plan. And know on even on youtube has instructions on connection.
Now I have 2 dc-dc isolated converters that are not working. I just need some customers service to help with these. I sent my receipt of purchase. Now one has no continuity on the output and the other is reading 53.4 on both inputs and output…I really need to get at least one working in our rv camper! Please help me!!!

Best simple test if you have a voltmeter/ continuity tester:
- check the battery voltage on the device terminals. make sure your ground is properly connected.
- Measure output voltage on device terminals.
- if output voltage is high, then remove all connections to unit, and test continuity on the unit: Battery +ve to output positive. If there is continuity, than the unit is disfunctional.
No continuity on the one that’s still connected… i remove the second one that I had connected in parallel because it had continuity.
Problems still the sam … I am on shore power but I don’t think that would cause the high output!
