I changed my log in to OneID. If I go straight to the OneID login page (PC) it just takes me to info regarding my account etc. To actually log in to VRM, I have to use the original login screen - that takes me to the OneID (login) - then that takes me back to the original login screen but seems to auto login from there and then into VRM. This is silly. Surely OneID should mean one login screen? Anyone? Cheers Paul
Like any single signon, you go to the relevant site’s login page and it will call the oneid login and then open the homepage once authenticated.
Works like that for me, same as all the other sso platforms.
You shouldn’t be going elsewhere to auth and then opening vrm or the other supported sites.
It is a single source of authentication so you only have to track one account across multiple platforms.
