I have a Victron Phoenix 12/30A Charger that I believe was purchased in about 2016. It works fine, but it’s a bit noisy and cycles when it’s maintaining the batteries while I’m plugged in to shore power. Is this normal? Doesn’t it seem like the unit could get quiet when it’s just maintaining?
