No device state notification

Hi i have an orion dc-dc smart charger i charge from my alternator in my van i qould really like to receive a notification qhen the charger transitions into float mode signaling me that i can switch off thecengine while parked charging the battery instead of running the engine untill i remember to check wasting fuel
