I am running a containerized battery for off-grid solutions. We use both Multiplus 3kVA and CerboGX in the example battery system that converts DC input into 230V AC for a few devices installed, such as HVAC. The inverter works, no doubt there, but the inverter cannot send any data or the PLC cannot read any data from Victron inverter on important metrics such as Input voltage, current, power and Output voltage, current and power, so to read remotely how much power the connected device draws from this inverter. It only outputs null now.
I believe the source comes from the ethernet port. Besides fixing its Ethernet port, what approaches should I take to diagnose the lack of data from the Victron MultiPlus’s performance?
