I have a 2 months old installation, with Cerbo gx, Multiplus 10000 and WEKO batteries. 4 days ago, my multiplus switch to off connected for 2 minutes, in this moment battery stops to be charged, after one minute multiplus came back to on and passthougt and bulk status was launched. Totally two minutes when a fail, ai don´t know whre provoke this situation,
Any experience on these kind of suddenly and temporary error?. I´m worried to trust in the solution with only two months working.
Do you have a grid meter?
Sounds like the battery possibly stopped communicating (or maybe a temporary disconnect) maybe? was there a BMS lost error?
What firmware version are the system components on?
Yes I have a Victron meter VM-3P75CT connected on a ve.can 250 kbits
Cerbo gx v3.75
No BMS errors , no errors in the logs.
Sometimes this is caused by loss of comms with a grid meter.
Anything to fix it?.
Change to another meter?. parameters?
Any recomendation?.
How is it connected to the Cerbo?
I don’t know of a loss of grid meter would cause an off state on the inverter.
Maybe there are a few issues here. If anything comms related. Are the cabels for the ve bus etc factory made?

All cabling is factory made and configured from oficial installer
Ok. Good to hear. The onlybother thing may be interference on the comms cable.
Is your installer not helping with the troubleshooting?
