NG VE BMS on older easyplus

Hi
will the new NG batteries and NG ve BMS work with an older Easyplus 12/1600.
its a HQ1547 and 2606154 board, will it just need a firmware update?

According to the VE.Bus BMS NG manual 26 series inverters are compatible, with firmware updates.

Same here. Is it compatible with the easyplus?
